Spiced latte
Deliciously nourishing and warming drinks with the amazing power of spices

Servings 2 mugs
- 2 mugs Dairy or non-dairy milk of your choice (e.g. coconut, almond milk, oat milk)
- 1 tsp Ground cinnamon
- 1 tsp Ground ginger
- 1 tsp Turmeric (build up to this amount if it tastes a bit too ‘spicy’)
- 1/2 tsp Ground cardamom
- Pinch cloves (optional)
Warm the milk gently in a small pan taking care not to overheat.
Divide the spices between the two mugs, add a little of the warmed milk to each to mix, top up with the remaining milk and whisk together.
Sip and enjoy!
