We offer a range of flexible spaces to hire for meetings, conferences, team-building events and more.

Situated in four acres of tranquil gardens just five minutes from Junction 19 of the M5 and 20 minutes from Bristol Temple Meads station, our National Centre provides a quiet, professional and affordable alternative to city centre venues to hire. There are nearby cycle routes and we have free parking and bike sheds on site.

The Centre has a wide variety of rooms to hold any event from a small meeting through to a conference for 120 with free wi-fi and audio-visual equipment.  We have 26 en-suite bedrooms and our own restaurant and gym facilities.  We can offer tailor-made menus provided by our in-house Chefs.

All booking fees go towards funding our work supporting people to live well with cancer. For further information contact Andrew Hufford, National Centre General Manager on 01275 370 150 or

“I just want to say a huge thank you for the Internal Family Systems weekend that we’ve just had at PB. It went very well, as you will see from the card that we made to say thank you to all those who were around over the weekend, cooking and looking after us.

Our participants, who had come from France, Ireland and The Netherlands, as well as all over the UK, loved the National Centre. From the Garden Room, to the food, the bedrooms, the gardens themselves, the Sanctuary – even the general feel of the place.

Tom, Lee, Sarah and Wioletta were all so helpful and relaxed with everyone too. It supported us to build our community and do some deep learning together. Thank you all.”

“From the bottom of my heart, I have been organising events for over 20 years, at venues as diverse as… Parliament, Man Utd, RSM, Royal Pharmaceutical Society, RCOG,  Hospitals, Hotels, GMex, Old Trafford, Race circuits, Art galleries, and never have I been to anywhere as wonderful as Penny Brohn.

I absolutely loved everything about it from its function and purpose to help people, to the calm and efficient staff, the wonderful gardens, the bedrooms, the garden room, the water feature, the lavender, the rock in reception, the trees, the food, the wine(!!!), the ambience and everything about it.

You must be rightly proud to be such a wonderful place. We will definitely be back, I feel very emotional even thinking about the place.”

“We had a great day, our group loved the space, everything went smoothly, and we felt really welcome.

Lee looked after us really well, and his presence and assistance helped the day run as well as it did.”

“Meeting in such a beautiful setting lifted what could have been a fairly standard business meeting into an uplifting and inspiring experience.”
