Our Living Well courses are held at The Brookfield Hotel in Emsworth. This is a lovely peaceful venue, easily accessible for all the areas served by The Queen Alexander Hospital in Cosham. We work closely with Cancer Nurse Specialists and The Macmillan Centre at The QA.

Courses are held at the Chichester Park Hotel, on a weekday over two consecutive weeks. The courses are delivered in partnership with the  local charity CancerWise, with many participants receiving valuable, ongoing support through its community.

We offer a course currently at The Holiday Inn Southampton. This venue is situated in walking distance to the Red Jet terminal from the Isle of Wight making easily accessible for people on the Isle of Wight. Participants come to the Southampton courses from local areas including Winchester, The New Forest, Bournemouth and Salisbury. The course is recommended by the Macmillan Centre staff and Clinical Nurse Specialists at Southampton General Hospital.

Courses are held at Field Place Worthing a delightful Grade 11 listed manor house centrally situated in the town. The courses here are recommended by the Clinical Nurse Specialists at Worthing General Hospital. They are run over two consecutive Thursdays.

This course explores the various aspects of the Bristol Whole Life Approach and how it can help you live as well as possible for as long as possible with the impacts of cancer.

You’ll discover simple ways to eat well, manage stress and stay active to support your on-going health.  And you’ll find out how to relax, make time for the things in life you love and have a greater sense of control over your health and wellbeing.

By learning more about your immune system and how it works to detect and destroy cancer cells in your body, you’ll discover some of the things that you can do to strengthen your health and build your resilience.

You will leave with a detailed plan for any changes that you want to make and usually having forged some friendships to support you along the way.
