We offer several services across the Midlands including Health and Wellbeing Events, Living Well courses and Follow-up days. We also run a Living Well course in Leicester, specifically aimed at men and their close supporters, who are dealing with prostate cancer.

You can check our calendar to see what courses are available in your area. To book, call 0303 3000 118 and press 2 for Bookings. Alternatively click here to book online.

These are free courses funded by Penny Brohn UK. We welcome your donations to help us support as many people as possible living with cancer.

We work in partnership with, and are funded by Macmillan Cancer Support to provide a range of Living Well Services at community venues in North Staffordshire, Stoke-on-Trent and Stafford. Services include Living Well Courses and Follow-up days. We also offer introductory talks about Eating Well and Managing Stress to cancer support groups in the area.

We are also working closely with Cancer Teams at The County Hospital and The Royal Stoke University Hospital to introduce regular Health and Wellbeing events. These events are by invitation from your Clinical Nurse Specialist only and usually take place towards the end of your treatment.

You can keep up-to-date with the latest course information for Staffordshire and hear from us on a regular basis, by following us on Twitter or by joining our new Staffordshire Facebook group: ‘Staffordshire Living Well’.

We run a regular Living Well course at the Sutton Coldfield Cancer Support Centre and have just introduced Follow-up days at the Centre to offer ongoing support. Based in beautiful countryside on the outskirts of Sutton Coldfield, the centre is a welcoming and peaceful place and we’re delighted to be able to add our Living Well services to the range of support offered to the community.

We work in partnership with and receive funding from PROSTaid,  running Living Well courses for men and their close supporters who are living with and beyond prostate cancer.

For the first time since being diagnosed, I felt like I could see light at the end of the tunnel.” – Manvinder
