As a national charity, we reach out across the country, offering local support, such as free courses and wellbeing events locally, where you need it. We work in partnership with a range of healthcare providers to meet the needs of as many people as possible with our living well services.
Our Introductory sessions and Living Well courses can help you discover the things that make a big difference to the way you cope with cancer. Things like eating well and managing stress and dealing with the emotional impacts of the disease.
Many people start out with our local services, then continue their journey, attending a residential course
at our National Centre
or by accessing our online self-care resources
. Wherever you live, we are here to support you in whatever way we can.
Being close to someone who’s been diagnosed with cancer can have a major impact on your life as well as theirs. It can be just as hard for you as it is for the person with the diagnosis. That’s why we offer support to the loved-ones of those living with cancer because you are just as important.
