Book an Introduction Day

Location: National Centre

9.30 am – 1.15 pm (with lunch at 1.15pm) at our National Centre outside Bristol.

This short course introduces you to the basics of our Bristol Whole Life Approach and how it can help you.

The Introduction Day gives you a flavour of what it’s like to be at our National Centre, share with others and discover how you can support your own health and wellbeing. Lunch, healthy snacks and a copy of our Healthy Eating Guidelines are included.

You will find out more about your immune system and how it works to detect and destroy cancer cells in your body.  And, we’ll explore some of the science behind how our minds, bodies and emotions are connected.

There will be plenty of time for questions and discussion. The short course will include simple relaxation techniques, tips on healthy eating and staying active as well as information on other services you might want to use in the future.

Book online or call 0303 3000 118 and press 2 for Bookings.

We also run introductory events across the UK.

Supporting someone?

Being close to someone who’s been diagnosed with cancer can have a major impact on your life as well as theirs. It can be just as hard for you as it is for the person with the diagnosis. That’s why we offer support to the loved-ones of those living with cancer because you are just as important.
