Finding practical advice on coping with a cancer diagnosis can be hard. There are many things that you can’t make much difference to, such as traffic on the road where you live, or how much noise the neighbours make.

What we can do is find simple, small and sustainable steps which you can take to make the best of the things you do have some control over. From adapting the spaces we spend time in to make them comfortable, through treatment support and financial advice you can find a selection of self-help guides to download, below.
