Red Dip – Cookery Demonstration

Red Dip

Victoria Kubiak will show you how to create a colourful and nutritious red dip.

The key ingredient is beetroot. It makes a lovely pick me up and full of polyphenol and a source of iron.

To make this dip, you will need:

  1. Vacuum packed or cooked beetroot in the blender
  2. A nut butter such as peanut butter or almond butter
  3. Horseradish (quarter of spoonful)
  4. Tamari
  5. Black pepper
  6. Paprika Powder
  7. Rind of an orange

You can use the dip on its own or as a condiment.

In the video, we will serve it with juniper berries and sliced red pepper, carrot, and celery.

The ingredients in the drip may provide the following health benefits:

Black Pepper
Black pepper is a spice that has many health benefits. It can help improve digestion, reduce inflammation, and help fight infection. Black pepper is also high in antioxidants.

Paprika is high in antioxidants, which can help protect cells from damage. It's also an excellent source of vitamin C and other vitamins and minerals.

Orange Rind
