We have collated a selection of cancer podcasts, covering information for patients, authentic stories, interviews, discussions and more. There are lots of different podcasts available, we suggest you try a few different ones as each presenter will have a slightly unique approach. It's also worth sampling a handful of episodes, as the content will vary from week to week.
Some people like to listen to podcasts as they walk outside, others at home with a cup of tea or coffee as if the podcast was on the radio, again try different ways of listening to find what is right for you.

General Cancer Podcasts
Presented by Dr Jonathan Stegall. Informative podcast, established in 2018. The podcast covers how to treat cancer, avoiding feeling overwhelmed and integrative oncology. There are over 50 episodes available.
Talking Cancer Podcast
The talking cancer podcast is a Macmillan Cancer Support production. Radio host DJ Emma B chats to people affected by cancer and Macmillian professionals offer advice and information. Episodes available from 2020. The podcast has over 10 episodes covering topics such as end of life, Coronavirus and life after cancer.
You, Me and the Big C: Putting the Can in Cancer
This BBC Radio 5 live podcast has a frank, chatty approach to Cancer with Steve Bland, Lauren Mahon and Deborah James. Episodes available from 2018 covering topics such as lung cancer, skin cancer and pancreatic cancer.
War on Cancer
Hosted by War on Cancer founders Fabian Bolin and Sebastian Hermelin. Interviews with experts, asking questions that are often forgotten or are difficult to understand. There are over 10 episodes from 2020 covering topics such as cultural differences, cancer healthcare and nutrition.
The Answers for Cancers
Presented by oncology nurses Anne-Marie Fay and Michelle Matthews, interview leading consultants to provide a better understanding of different cancers. Launched in 2021 there are over nine episodes available covering topics such as fatigue, prostate cancer and alopecia.
Black Women Rising - The Untold Cancer Stories
Hosted by Leanne Pero, a Breast Cancer survivor, aiming to raise awareness and support Black, Asian and Minority Ethnic women's groups diagnosed with cancer. Established in 2020.
The Metallic Taste
Hosted by two friends Rich and Steve. Rich is a cancer patient, and Steve has a background in mindfulness and meditation. They chat about hints and tips for dealing with cancer diagnosis and the side effects of treatment. Episodes from 2021.

This podcast is presented by Dr. Lise Alschuler and Karolyn Gazella who are both cancer survivors. This is a long running podcast that started in 2013 covering a range of topics such as diet, movement, supplements and spirit.
