35 Min Strength and Stamina Exercise

An intermediate level 35 minute exercise session to build muscle strength and stamina including mat based and resistance band exercises and includes a warm up and cool down. A great way to improve how you feel, boost your mental and physical health and improve health outcomes.

You will need comfortable clothing, a space with a flat surface where you won’t knock into anything, a mat or towel to lie on and some sort of resistance band or small weights. Alisa will mention how to do alternatives to the mat based exercises.

Do tell your doctor or health care team if you are making a significant change to your activity levels, follow their advice and build back to being active in small steps. Don’t exercise if you think you will experience any adverse effects. Stop straight away if you experience any pain or adverse effects and seek advice.
