This session is a 15 minute whole body stretch routine. This video will help to improve your flexibility, a time to switch off from overthinking, release unwanted tension and be with the body and breath.
You will need comfortable clothing, a space with a flat surface where you won’t knock into anything and a dining type upright chair.
SAFETY: avoid stretching areas where you have had recent surgery, have any swelling, injury, skin burn from radiotherapy or have a picc line. Avoid stretching or twisting joints where you have bone METS that put you at fracture risk, have osteoporosis or an acute flareup of arthritis.
