- Nurturing Resources: Explore how nature, journaling, creativity and meditation can nurture your personal resources*
- Stillness and Relaxation: Discover your own paths to peace and stillness*
- Creative Arts: Explore and express your feelings and emotions using music, writing and art
*includes a one-to-one body work session to encourage deep relaxation.
Retreats are designed for those who have already been on an Approach course and want to deepen their understanding of cancer’s effect on their life.
