- 100 g Nuts of your choice (almonds, pecans and walnuts are great for this)
- 1 tbsp Olive Oil Extra Virgin
- 1/2 tsp Ground Cumin and Paprika and Black Pepper
- 1/4 tsp Sea Salt
- Combine spices, salt and oil in a bowl. Add nuts and coat.
- Spread on a parchment line baking tray and Roast at 140°c for 10-12 minutes.
- Remove from oven, taste and if you’d like more spice or salt stir in while still warm.
