Hemp protein powder is an easy and healthy way to increase your intake of quality protein and omega-3 and -6 essential fats. It also helps to stabilise blood sugar levels.

  • Blender


  • 30 g Hemp Protein Powder or Shelled Hemp seeds
  • 1 Ripe Mango, diced
  • 400 ml Almond Milk / Milk of your choice
  • 1 1/2 cups Water or Coconut Water
  • 2 Handfuls Spinach Leaves
  • 1 Handful Romaine Lettuce or Kale
  • Pinch of Stevia to taste
  • Pinch of Cinammon


  • Put all the ingredients into a blender and process until smooth
  • Drink immediately or store in the fridge for up to 1 day
