If you’re feeling drained and can’t manage to exercise, or you don’t feel that you can practice mindfulness at this time, just pick any activity that brings you joy. This could be reading, or knitting or even doing the crossword!
It’s a good idea to keep a note of everything you plan to eat and another of what you actually eat each week. This will give you a record to show any health professionals that you talk to, whilst also helping you to plan for following weeks.
