1 day courses  –  10am-4pm

Focussed support on the aspects of the Bristol Whole Life Approach that are most important to you.

Each day is based on one of the four key areas – Mind, Body, Spirit and Emotions.

They offer time for sharing ideas and asking questions, and practical tools to support you in each key area. And they all include some healthy food, a bit of physical activity, some relaxation and hopefully time in our beautiful gardens.

  • Body Wellbeing Day: Understand more about what happens in your body through cancer, treatment and recovery.
  • Mind Wellbeing Day: Understand the effect your thoughts can have on all aspects of your life and find out how to take some control over your thinking.
  • Spirit Wellbeing Day: Explore what it is that brings you joy in life and lifts your spirits through imagery, meditation and creativity.
  • Emotions Wellbeing Day: Learn to recognise and accept your feelings and find safe and constructive ways to express them.

If you are travelling from further away, you can pay to stay overnight at the Centre at a standard B&B rate. Please ask when you make your booking.
