In 2019 we’re bringing you four evening cooking demos. The same informative and delicious session but at a time that suits those currently working (and conveniently coincides with dinner time). Getting creative with herbs and spices – We can’t sing the praises of herbs and spices enough, they’re bursting with antioxidant and antimicrobial activity, so we encourage you to use plenty of these during winter. This themed demo can give you some great tips on how to incorporate herbs and spices into your meals.

Shaking up breakfast – Ideas and inspiration to help you think outside of the breakfast box.

Sensational soups – Soups can be comforting and convenient and are a great way to consume a whole bunch of vegetables in one tasty dish. In this demo Victoria will help you create tasty and nourishing soups.

Just in time for autumn, this masterclass will look at foods and nutrients to support immune health and share tips and tasty recipes to help incorporate them into your diet.
