It’s no April fool! Bristol Food Connections returns for it’s 3rd year this month, from Friday 29th April to Saturday 7th May; and we are proud to be holding our Eat Well. Live Well. event as part of the fantastic line-up.

Embracing Bristol’s independent spirit – and supporting farmers, chefs, food projects, charities and businesses – Food Connections is a unique, city-wide festival that aims to bring people and good food together. This is a new kind of food festival that delivers more than just the opportunity to watch others cook. Instead, it offers up experiences, inspiration and learning that transform the way we think about food.

Our Eat Well. Live Well. event encourages you to learn how to create delicious, healthy food in our Penny Brohn demonstration kitchen.

We can tell you about the health benefits of a range of different foods and show you how to create great tasting dishes that don’t cost the earth. We have been working with people with cancer for over 35 years and are experts in healthy eating.

We believe passionately that healthy eating isn’t just about what you eat but how you eat, so you’ll be invited to taste the dishes at the end of the morning and buy our Nourish cookbook to take home with you.

We are offering the event completely free of charge but due to a small number of spaces available you will need to register your place.
