James Gordon from the Chocolate Bear Kitchen has filmed himself baking his vegan Chocolate and Rhubarb cake to help raise awareness for the Bake a Difference campaign.
The Michelin-trained chef popped into the Penny Brohn kitchen to see what he could whip up for us and wants to encourage the wannabe Mary Berry and Josh Eggletons of the world to get creative in the kitchen.
He has put together this video, showing us how to bake his spectacular recipe. Just follow the video to make your own!
