Head of Individual Giving and Supporter Care

Hours:             37 hours per week, part-time or flexible working applications are welcome

Salary:             £35-43,000 per annum (pro-rata for part-time hours)

Contract:         Permanent

Location:         Flexible working applications will be considered.

Regular visits to Penny Brohn UK Head Office in Bristol will be expected

Through our team of cancer support experts, which includes doctors, nutritionists, counsellors and exercise therapists, Penny Brohn UK helps people with cancer to feel more physically and emotionally able to manage the impacts of their diagnosis and treatment, be more in control of their choices and have the best quality of life possible. By making our services freely available, our aim is for all people with cancer to be able to access the high-quality support they need.

Having celebrated our 40th birthday this year, we have set ourselves some bold ambitions for the future and you, in the new role of Head of Individual Giving & Supporter Care, will be pivotal in achieving our goals, bringing new donors close to the organisation and building long-lasting relationships to support the growth of our sustainable income base.

With the role including development and delivery of individual giving and legacy campaigns, regular giving products, cross-functional stewardship, digital fundraising and data you will have a breadth of experience within the field alongside at least 2 years’ experience in a senior leadership role. You will be able to demonstrate your ability to conceptualise, drive and test new ideas and be able to work with your colleagues to influence and shape the fundraising activities of the charity.
