Giving in memory is a lovely way to honour a loved one, close friend or family member, even a colleague or team player.

Paying tribute to the memory of someone special is easy. You can make a donation now, or hold a collection at the funeral; online tribute pages are also popular.

A gift to Penny Brohn in memory of a loved one will mean their memory lives on, enriching the lives of others who still need our support. This could be a single or regular gift, or a donation on a day special to you or your loved one.

“I still think of Penny Brohn as Jen’s place. But it’s also mine – and yours, available to anyone who needs it and I think that’s well worth supporting…” – Andy

Other ways to fundraise in memory

Some people choose to donate each year on a special birthday or anniversary with a single donation or even by setting up a Direct Debit in your loved one’s name. Or, you could join together with friends and family to raise money in someone’s memory.

Others like to run marathons or organise community events such as cake sales. Whatever you choose, we can help!

A page on JustGiving will let you keep track of donations made in memory of your loved one. Friends and families who’ve raised money this way tell us that it’s helped enormously having something positive to do at a time of great sadness.

Grief can trigger all kinds of emotions and if you’re feeling isolated  or struggling to cope with them, our counsellors are here to support you when you you need it.

Create a special Tribute for your loved one

You can support us, whilst preserving your memories of someone special, forever, by using MuchLoved. This free tribute service helps you to remember and commemorate your loved one in a very special way.

Asking friends and family to make a donation at a funeral, or to donate instead of sending flowers, is a meaningful way to honour the memory of a loved one. You can arrange a funeral collection yourself or your funeral director may be able to help you.

We can supply you with collection envelopes to help make donating on the day easier. Just call 01275 370074 or email, detailing how many you would like, your address, the date of the funeral and the name of your loved one, and we’ll send them out.
