Over the last few years research in this area has shown more and more evidence that getting involved in some form of gardening or nature-based activity can do wonders for our emotional wellbeing.
It can however, seem difficult to drag yourself outside as the days become shorter and the weather more temperamental. We spoke to Annette Knowles from our wonderful group of garden volunteers about easy ways to continue nurturing your plants during the colder, winter months.
