Wednesday 29th September - 10.00am–4.00pm
The day is open to anyone affected by cancer and is your opportunity to join us for a programme of restorative and relaxing group sessions led by our wellbeing team. There will also be plenty of time to explore our beautiful gardens, connect with others and enjoy a delicious and nutritious lunch fresh from our own kitchen.
Penny Brohn UK believes that everybody should have equal access to the support they need to live life as fully as possible with the impact of cancer. All our online group sessions and personal consultations are run entirely on a donation basis and made possible by your generosity.
The Wellbeing Day is free to join but we would like to suggest a donation of £45 per person to help cover our costs if possible. We do understand that this is a difficult time for many people so we simply ask you to give what you can – if you can.
Please read the Frequently Asked Questions section below to find out more about the plans for the day and the COVID safety measures that will be in place.
To book, please click on the Book Now button below. Once your booking has been made you will receive a confirmation email, then nearer the time we will email you again with further information about the day and how to find us.
If you have any questions before making a booking, please email our Client Support Team on email@example.com and we will do our best to help you.
Please note that, because of COVID restrictions, we are limiting this Wellbeing Day to 30 people and will accept bookings on a first come, first served basis. Because of capacity restrictions, attendees are welcome to book one additional guest only over the age of 18 - each person will need to make their own booking.
The day will start at 10am and finish at 4pm; however, you are welcome to leave before the day finishes. If you expect to arrive after 10am, please let us know on 0303 3000 118.
The programme for the day will offer two 45-minute sessions in the morning, and two in the afternoon, centred around Wellbeing. All sessions are optional so you can choose which sessions that would like to attend.
These sessions may be inside or outside, so we recommend you wear comfortable clothing. Please remember to bring suitable items for the weather e.g. sunhat/sun-cream for hot days, rain coat for wet days, something warm for chilly days.
