10.00 - 10.15am Welcome at reception
10.15 – 11.15 am Morning group sessions
Session 1: Taster session of Qi Gong
Session 2: Releasing tension for mind and body wellbeing
Session 3: An exploration of Relaxation
Session 4: Guided exploration of Penny Brohn’s magical gardens / free time
11.15 - 11.45am Break
11.45 – 12.30pm Morning group sessions
Same as sessions at 10.15am
12.30 - 1.45pm Lunch
1.45 – 2.30pm Afternoon group sessions
Same as sessions at 10.15am
2.30 – 3.00pm Break
3.00 – 4.00pm Afternoon group sessions

[1] In order to maintain social distancing, guests will be split in to three groups and will be able to attend all four sessions if they choose to on a rotational basis.
