We can’t stop difficult or challenging things happening to us, but that we can change the way we think about them and how they affect us. We have a range of groups to help you with managing stress and help you come to terms with what is happening.
Tuesdays 12-1pm Guided relaxation exploring a range of different relaxation techniques that can help you relax wherever you are. This small drop-in group can be responsive to your individual needs and requirements with space for questions and sharing. Explore the wide variety of meditation techniques practised around the world, share your experience and get ideas on how to make meditation a regular part of your routine. Usually includes some gentle movement. This session is open to anyone with a connection to Penny Brohn.
The Exploring Healing group takes place in the sanctuary on the 3rd Thursday of the month at 2-3pm. Guided by one of our healers, these monthly group sessions are an opportunity to learn and share gentle healing practices, have time to be with others in an uplifting and supportive way and to connect with your own self-healing.
