Complimentary therapists from a wide range of practices will show you some simple self-care techniques to help support overall wellbeing.

Sessions include breathing techniques, therapeutic art, mindfulness and emotional freedom technique.

No experience is necessary and sessions are an opportunity to join others and learn tips and strategies for improved physical and emotional wellbeing.

Janey joined Penny Brohn in January 2018 and leads the Wellbeing team, providing a wide range of support and services to help clients live well with and beyond cancer. Janey is a qualified reflexologist, massage therapist and clinical hypnotherapist, with over 25 years' experience as an enthusiastic and supportive practitioner, course facilitator and wellbeing advisor.
