No experience is necessary for any of these sessions, and everyone is welcome.

Alisa Burke
BA Hons (PPE) (Oxon), BSc Honours (Psychology), Cancer and Exercise Rehabilitation Qualified.
Alisa has over 15 years' experience in supporting clients to reach their health and wellbeing goals in the fitness, corporate and charity sectors, in the UK and internationally. She combines her role at Penny Brohn with that as a SafeFit trainer offering exercise, nutrition and psychological support sessions to research trial participants with cancer diagnoses. Alisa has a Level 4 personal training qualification and is also qualified and experienced in embodiment facilitation and transformational coaching.
