The Mindfulness Follow-up Group is open to anyone who has completed an 8-week mindfulness course or has a regular mindfulness practice.
YogaThrive is yoga specially adapted for those affected by cancer. It combines physical postures with breathing techniques and meditation and is gentle, supportive, sociable and fun. The seven-week Beginners course is endlessly repeatable, and when you’re feeling up to stretching.
