Let’s walk together for people with cancer
Join us for Stomp, our annual sponsored walk, from Anchor Square in central Bristol to our National Centre in Pill.
When: 10am, Saturday 12th October 2019
Where: Starting in Anchor Square you will walk along the beautiful harbourside, out onto the towpath, under the Suspension Bridge and along the Avon Gorge to Pill.
Who: Suitable for all ages and stages, families and friends. Two and four legged friends are welcome.
Adult registration fee: £12. This goes towards covering the costs of the event.
Child registration fee (under 14yrs): £7. This goes towards covering the costs of the event.
Minimum fundraising pledge: £100. Every penny you fundraise will enable us to support people living with cancer.
Distance: 6 miles of mainly flat, off-road tracks.
Free coaches will be available to ferry you back to Anchor Square after you’ve enjoyed the Stomp Autumn Fayre. Alternatively, you can take a leisurely walk back! If you would like to take the return coach and would like to contribute a small donation towards the cost, you can add it when registering.
All Stompers will receive a fundraising pack including a t-shirt and sponsor forms. All under 16s must be accompanied by an adult.

Helping to save the planet: We’re trying to do our bit for the planet by reducing our use of plastic and becoming more eco-friendly. This year we’ll email your fundraising pack (you can collect it from National Centre if you prefer). If you took part in stomp last year we’d be really grateful if you would reuse your t-shirt where possible!
Want to be part of the event but don’t want to walk? Why not volunteer to be an event marshal? Marshals are a vital part of the event and will keep walkers safe and on the right route. You can apply to be a marshal here.
