This course explores the various aspects of the Bristol Whole Life Approach and how it can help you live as well as possible for as long as possible with the impacts of cancer.
You’ll discover simple ways to eat well, manage stress and stay active to support your on-going health. And you’ll find out how to relax, make time for the things in life you love and have a greater sense of control over your health and wellbeing.
By learning more about your immune system and how it works to detect and destroy cancer cells in your body, you’ll discover some of the things that you can do to strengthen your health and build your resilience.
You will leave with a detailed plan for any changes that you want to make and usually having forged some friendships to support you along the way.
