Run under the iconic Clifton Suspension Bridge at one of Bristol’s most prestigious running events. This race is ideal whether you are new to running or want to beat a personal best!

About the race
Following a similar route to the Great Bristol 10K, you will head along Anchor Road and out along the Portway underneath the famous Clifton Suspension Bridge before heading back in via Cumberland Road and the historic harbour. This is a primarily flat route and the incredible atmosphere on the day makes it perfect for both new and seasoned runners!

When is it happening?
The Bristol Half will be taking place on 15th September 2019.

How do I enter?
Simply click here! Once you’ve signed up pop us an email at events@pennybrohn.org.uk or call us on 01275 370073 to let us know (Great Run Series will not notify us so we’ll need you to!) and then we’ll support you all the way!

How much do I need to raise?
Places cost £40 which goes to the Great Run Series and we appreciate all fundraising! Wouldn’t it be amazing if each runner raised £250 to fund someone to attend our residential Living Well Course?

Volunteer!
Our volunteer cheerers on race day give our runners the huge boost that will help them complete their challenge.

To volunteer on one of our cheerpoints please email us with your name and telephone number.

“Not a kilometre went by without hearing, “go Tracy” and come on “Penny Brohn”. The sight of the purple flags as you approach each cheering point, with the happiest most enthusiastic supporters I  have ever experienced, children with their hands out for high fives, oh, and a jelly baby or two on offer.  Nerves and emotion at the beginning were replaced with empowerment and control I was so proud to wear that Penny Brohn running shirt, a big step in living with cancer, thank you all.”
