New relaxation sessions for healthcare professionals
Are you struggling with your mental and physical well-being as a result of COVID-19? Join our new 30 minute relaxation sessions starting Tuesday 2 June.
The coronavirus pandemic is impacting virtually every group of people in every nation across the globe, causing a significant amount of anxiety among healthcare professionals.
We understand that feeling under pressure is a likely experience for you and many of your colleagues. Stress and the feelings associated with it are quite normal and managing your mental health and psychosocial well-being during this time is as important as managing your physical health.
Join us for 30 minutes of mindful relaxation to support your own wellbeing and resilience
Tuesdays and Fridays at 1pm, from 2nd June to 10th July

After registering, you will receive a confirmation email containing information about joining the meetings. You only need to register once to join as many sessions as you like.
Please note that due to COVID-19 all training sessions for healthcare professionals are suspended for the time being

We also run Introduction Mornings which focus on our Bristol Whole Life Approach to living well with cancer, our services and how they can help your patients. These are available to groups of ten or more healthcare professionals and are scheduled as required.
