You may have already seen some exciting news about a new course booking system we’re implementing here at Penny Brohn UK. Over the last few months we have been working hard to implement a new database at Penny Brohn UK, which will enable us to better communicate with you. This new system will also make your online course booking experience simpler than before and will enable you to book a wider variety of our services in future.

Next week, we will be launching the brand new online booking system. Between now and 5th August you may experience issues with booking online. In order to make sure your bookings are processed and ensure that our new system works seamlessly, we have had to make the decision to close our bookings office between 29th and 30th July. During this time you will not be able to book any services on or offline. Apologies for any inconvenience this may cause.
New online booking process
Once our new system is up and running, you will receive an email with a link to follow to reset your password and login to the new online booking system. This will replace your current login.

When booking, you will no longer have to find courses on the calendar, as you will be able to book directly from the page describing each service.

What to expect

To make sure everything is working as it should be, there may be periods of down-time on our website between 25th July and 5th August. This will enable us to work on any problems that may occur and fix it quickly in order to make the experience as seamless as possible. Please bear with us while we undergo this work.

Can I still book?

Yes. If you do experience difficulty getting onto the website or pages not loading during this time you can still book your courses or appointments by calling 0303 3000 118 (option 2) or emailing bookings@pennybrohn.org.uk; with the exception of 29th and 30th July when our bookings office is closed.

Give your feedback

Once the bookings system is up and running, you will have the opportunity to give us your feedback by filling in the questionnaire, which we will include in our next services mailer. You can sign up to receive this here. Please do fill this in to give us a better idea of how the new system is working for you.
