We are looking to recruit a Finance Administrator to work as part of our established finance team. This is a good opportunity for anyone who enjoys variety within their role and would like to make the move into a Charity.

Job Title: Finance Administrator

Hours: 22.5 hours per week (days to be discussed at interview)

Salary: £16,000 – £20,000 pro-rata per annum depending on experience

Contract: Part time – permanent

Location: Penny Brohn UK, National Centre, outskirts of Bristol

Benefits: 25 days holiday per year + bank holidays + additional days over Christmas and New Year period. Free parking in a beautiful semi-rural setting.

The Finance Administrator will provide professional and timely accounting services in respect of all finance and administration tasks for Penny Brohn UK and its trading subsidiary, including;

  • Sales and Purchase Ledger entry, administration and control
  • Cash handling
  • Shop reconciliations, accounting, administration and stock checks
  • General administration and assistance

The role would ideally suit someone with previous experience in a similar finance role who enjoys the variety of a wide remit of tasks and the opportunity to work as part of a small team.
