- 100g of nuts of your choice (almonds, pecans and walnuts are great for this)
- 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- ½ tsp each of ground cumin, black pepper and paprika
- ¼ tsp course sea salt
Combine spices, salt and oil in a bowl. Add nuts and coat.
Spread on a parchment line baking tray and roast at 140°c for 10-12 minutes.
Remove from oven, taste and if you’d like more spice or salt stir in while still warm.
