Spicy Nuts

Try out our delicious spicy nuts recipe as the perfect healthy snack or party food.

  • 100g of nuts of your choice (almonds, pecans and walnuts are great for this)
  • 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • ½ tsp each of ground cumin, black pepper and paprika
  • ¼ tsp course sea salt

Combine spices, salt and oil in a bowl. Add nuts and coat.

Spread on a parchment line baking tray and roast at 140°c for 10-12 minutes.

Remove from oven, taste and if you’d like more spice or salt stir in while still warm.
