Spiced Latte

  • 2 mugs of dairy or non-dairy milk of your choice (e.g. coconut, almond milk, oat milk)
  • ½ tsp each ground cinnamon, ginger, turmeric and cardamom
  • Pinch cloves (optional)

Warm the milk gently in a small pan taking care not to overheat.

Divide the spices between the two mugs, add a little of the warmed milk to each to mix, top up with the remaining milk and whisk together
