Physical activity can be an important part of keeping your resilience high. During treatment, even just spending less time sitting down and taking short walks can help.

One of our fantastic volunteers has drawn up this cycle route from Clifton in Bristol, through Leigh Woods and onto our National Centre. If you feel up to it, why not try this out? If you’re not in the Bristol area and would like to try out the National cycling routes near you, you can find them on the Sustrans website.
