World Mental Health Day

It’s World Mental Health Day and we’re interested in hearing how you take care of your mental health. Over 50% of our clients report that Psychological and Emotional reasons are the main cause for their attendance of the Living Well Course. With a further 44% reporting it as their secondary concern.

Our client, Vicky, found the psychological support through our Living Well course, saying:

“Getting the emotional support I needed was life-changing. It would have helped with my first diagnosis. I would have jumped on the chance to share with people who had similar feelings, and do things to help me regain control and help myself.”

There are lots of things you might do that could make a big difference:

World Mental Health Day is observed by the World Health Organisation on 10th October every year, with the overall objective of raising awareness of mental health issues around the world and mobilising efforts in support of mental health.

We want to encourage you to choose something feels right for you and let us know what you are going to do today to support your mental health. Tell us on Facebook, or tweet us @PennyBrohnUK.
