sleepIt’s World Sleep Day today and we want to celebrate it by sharing some of our top tips for a  regenerating sleep.

About 30-50% of the people diagnosed with cancer will experience sleeping problems at some point. Causes for poor sleep may be related to cancer treatments like steroids or hormone therapy as well as factors of anxiety and stress.

Poor sleeping can affect or daily life with more than a sense of fatigue, it can increase sensitivity to pain, cause difficulty in concentration and in managing relationships, and leave us irritable and too tired to look after ourselves and others.
