We aim to provide free and reliable information that helps people to make informed choices about holistic cancer care options, enabling people who are affected by cancer to have quality of life in the presence of illness. By giving you the practical tools to focus on your wellbeing, we aim to help you live well with cancer, and have an impact on both your physical and mental health.
We provide guided videos and audio tracks to help you practice simple physical and relaxation exercises at home. So even if you aren’t able to attend one of our group or individual sessions, you can practice the art of mindfulness and wellbeing wherever you are.

The food we serve is in line with our Healthy Eating Guidelines and the menus offered have been carefully designed by our Head Chef in consultation with our Lead Nutritional Therapist. We also have a 7 day recipe plan and our Nourish cookbook available fromShop@PennyBrohn to help you get started.
