By giving you the practical tools to focus on your wellbeing, we aim to help you live well with cancer, and have an impact on both your physical and mental health.

We provide guided videos and audio tracks to help you practice simple physical and relaxation exercises at home.  So even if you aren’t able to attend one of our group or individual sessions, you can practice the art of mindfulness and wellbeing wherever you are.

Information Sheets

We continuously develop information resources for people affected by cancer, their supporters and health professionals. We support evidence informed practice by providing accessible, up-to-date information produced by a specialist Information team. Our information work is kindly supported by The James Tudor Foundation.
