These courses are for people who have already attended an Introduction Day or a Living Well with the Impact of Cancer course.

The courses are held at our National Centre near Bristol.

This practical based course will show you how to prepare and cook the types of foods recommended in our  Healthy Eating Guidelines. We will explain some of the theory behind the recommendations and advise on how to stock a food cupboard with healthy ingredients.

Food to Lift the Spirits

Food plays an important role in helping support our emotional and spiritual wellbeing. This course explores the link between food and the way we feel and provides ideas on how to prepare healthy dishes which you can share with others.
